Admission Requirements:
- 1. Applicants must have completed 12 years of school education or be expected to graduate.
- 2. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of admisision.
- 3. Regarding Japanese proficiency, applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
- i. 2-Year Academic Advancement Course: Must have JLPT N5 equivalent or higher, or at least 150 hours of Japanese language study.
- ii. Applicants for the 1 year and 6 month Academic Course: Applicants must have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N4 or higher, or have completed at least 350 hours of Japanese language study.
- 4. Applicants who are highly motivated to study and aim to advance to a Japanese vocational school.

2. Important Notes.
Student fees are generally required to be paiid in a lump sum for the fully at the time of enrollment procedures. However, if it is difficult to make a lamp-sum payment due to financial reasons or other circumstances, tuition fees and other expenses may be paid in two installment only with the approval of the school.
※ Any bank transfer fees incurred shall be borne by the student.
3. Refund Policy for Student Fees.
In principle, no refunds will be made in the event of cancellation, regardless of whether it occurs before or after entry into Japan. However, only in the cases listed below, after the Certificate of Eligibility and the Letter of Admission have been returned to the school, the paid fees excluding the enrollment fee and the entrance examination fee will be refunded.
If, after entering Japan, the school officially approves a student’s withdrawal due to unavoidable reasons and the student returns to their home country, refunds will be processed as follows.
No refunds will be made for the first six months after enrollment or for the three months prior to the scheduled completion date.
For the period from the month following the approval of withdrawal until the last month for which tuition fees have already been paid, only the tuition fees (excluding other expenses) will be calculated on a monthly prorated basis and refunded.
Refunds will be made within 40 days after the student’s return to their home country has been confirmed through a photo of the residence card that has been invalidated (punched) at the time of departure from Japan.
No refunds will be made in the following cases:
Delay in arrival in Japan
Forced deportation
Expulsion or disciplinary action in accordance with the school regulations
Inability to conduct classes for an extended period due to natural disasters or other causes beyond the responsibility of the school
Application to Enrollment Process.
※ The application form and required documents must be submitted approximately six months prior to the enrollment period.
- 1. Submit Required Documents to the School
- 2.The School submits an application for the issuance of a Certificate of Eligibility on behalf of the applicant to the Immigration Bureau Of Japan.
- 3. Examination by the Immigration Bureau of Japan.
- 4. Issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility.
- 5. Payment of tuition fees
- 6. After confirming the payment of tuition fees, the Certificate of Eligibility and the Admission Letter will be sent
- 7. Apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your home country.
- 8. Arrive in Japan, enroll, and attend the orientation.
